We are looking for Manufacturing Engineer - Leader to join our team at Bobcat.

Job Information

Manufacturing Engineer leading and coordinating a team focused on Process and/orTooling design and Continuous improving activities. Research and develop new tecnologies and processes. Senior position as Advanced ME provide coaching and mentoring others MEs. Key participant to company strategy.

Might be leading team or area of technical subject

Role & Responsibility

Manufacturing Process Development Process modelling. DPI diagrams, Tolerances analysis, Leading PFMA during NPD projects, Preparation of tooling and new equipment specifications, technology definition based on the DPI model. Investment needs. Tooling design, validation.Mtm definitionS. Line design. Process optimization. capacity model. Technical HC definition.

Process improvement. New processes&technologies research. Test plan. Investment analysis. Identify opportunities, implement changes, or reduce costs using knowledge of processes, tooling, production, assembly, quality control, product design, materials and parts. Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.

NPD: Support to NPD team and prototyping.

People development: Mentoring & Coaching Individual MEs and Sustaining technicians.Knowhow management execution.

Job Requirement

Technical bacground (university), Deep knowledge manufacturing process and technology, AutoCADu, ProEngineer, Concept Design and DFMA, Deep Product knowledge.

PC Ability(MS office, MS Access, MS Project, statistics 7 calculation ), English – active, daily communication, Competency & Independency

Experience: >5 years. From factory branch – Compact Equipment (as Bobcat or competitors) At least 5 years in operation/ ME segment. Experiences in Process or tooling design requested. Advantages Experience in welding or assembly process. Experience leading DFMA/PFMA, Problem solving.
